You can’t change an order once it’s been placed. If you want to add more items just place a separate order and we’ll combine them for you. Make sure you get your order in before the cut off.

You can cancel your order before the cut off. Unfortunately, if the cut off has passed we are unable to cancel your order as the producers will already be busy gathering the items together ready for delivery. To cancel your order before the cut off please email us at orders@farmtofridge.com.au.

As our produce is processed to order, unfortunately it’s not possible to add orders after the cut-off date as our producers will already be busy gathering your food. If you do miss the cut-off, make sure you set a reminder up for the following week. Orders open at 2pm every Sunday.

If you have forgotten to collect your order, you can visit the collection point the following day during regular business hours. Alternatively, email us at orders@farmtofridge.com.au to make arrangements.

Not to worry. All home deliveries are packaged in an insulated box containing ice packs to keep your produce fresh.

If you choose to have your items delivered, but don't live in one of our delivery locations, we will notify you and give you the option to collect your order from one of our local pick-up points. Unfortunately we can't refund any delivery fees. If you decline to collect your order from a pick-up point, we will cancel your order and refund you for the items you have purchased but cannot refund any associated delivery charges.

As we are small producers our production capacity is influenced by the seasons and other environmental factors beyond our control.
We do our best to make as much food available as possible, and as Farm to Fridge continues to grow and we learn what people want, we will be able to create a more consistent supply.

We love to reuse and recycle wherever possible, so you if have arranged home delivery please clean your box and leave it at the front door on your next delivery day. We will then take it off your hand to reuse.
Collection points are also able to take used boxes, please recycle appropriately.

Pasture-raised animals receive a significant portion of their nutrition from organically managed pasture and stored dried forages.

Our producers use Australian Certified Organic ingredients in all their products and in the feed for our animals.
