Local Pure Natural Honey

Castlecrag Honey from Pindimar is organically produced, cold extracted and single origin raw honey. Packed in a reusable 340g glass jar.

Hillside Pure Honey from Elizabeth Beach and Coomba packed in a 500g reusable glass jar. Creamed Honey packed in a reusable clip lock jar 300g.

Hillside Honey is Raw Untreated Honey extracted from our hives at Elizabeth Beach and Coomba Park after being collected by our bees as they forage in Booti Booti and the Wallingat National Parks. Our honey varies as the bees visit the plants in flower, our product is not treated in any way, no heat nor glucose added. So in the colder months the honey will form crystals , this does not affected the taste, to remove the crystals put your jar in some warm water, do not microwave or heat in a pan you destroy the goodness. Beekeeper Janne is registered, my registration number NM1060 and the date of extraction is on each jar as is a nutrition label as per Australian Standards.
