Burraduc Buffalo Farm - Dolce Nina Cheese 230g

2019 National delicious gold Medalist. Gently salted slightly acidic hand-layered pure buffalo cheese. Exclusive to Burraduc Farm and named after Nina – the distinguished buffalo who arrived from the Northern Territory in 2010 to become the foundation of the Burraduc milking herd, and was the first to provide milk for this cheese. Dolce Nina is juicy with a mild, earthy flavour and a creamy but springy texture. Perfect on its own, with fresh bread or as part of a cheese platter with sweet accompaniments such as quince or preserved figs.
