Hungerford Meat Co were awarded a total of 12 medals in the prestigious Sydney Royal Fine Food Show awards this year. Among these were 2 top scoring entries in the entire competition categories for "Dried/Cured" and "Liverwurst/Terrines.

Hungerford Meat Co has a deep and rich history embedded in the agriculture of the Hunter Valley. As a specialty butcher and smokehouse in Branxton, they work with as many small local producers and farmers as possible taking care to use the whole animal, not just fresh cuts. Also through their own charcuterie and smoked meat range they found they could better connect local kitchens with the region.
