Made in Montechiarugolo, in the region of Emilia-Romagna, this farmhouse Parmigiano Reggiano has been matured for a minimum of 24 months. Dry, crumbly, salty and fruity, it is Italy’s king of cheese. Serve with sliced prosciutto or shave over pastas.
